An oasis in KL city. 20 minutes out of town, Tamarind Springs is a beautiful distraction from the hustle and bustle. The restaurant is perched over a canopy of green - you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle. Complimentary starter of lemongrass juice and cocktails with an asian bent - think bases of coconut or citrus with hints of basil and ginger. The food was wonderful too. So was the company, what a memorable (and generous) way to celebrate a bon anniversarie.
